Job Overview
Compremium is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Office IT Supporter (60%) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management within an office environment and experience in overseeing IT infrastructure, support, and security. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, provide technical support to staff, and manage IT projects.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties
• Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure (PCs, Microsoft 365, SharePoint) of the office, including servers, networks, and hardware
• Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly
• Ensure the security of IT systems, implementing and maintaining security protocols
• Manage IT projects, including upgrades and installations of new systems and Compremium’s proprietary Windows-based systems
• Perform all work in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
• Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and software
• Stay up to date with changes in IT technology and advise the organization on potential impacts
• Single-point-of-contact: between Compremium and external IT-related service providers
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science)
• Experience in IT management within an office environment
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security protocols
• Fast-learning
• Impeccable English; German and French working proficiency are a plus
• On-site (in Muri bei Bern)
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management
• Excellent understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Ability to manage time-critical projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work with internationally located collaborators
• Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the company’s vision and work
• Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
